Q: Before you used the RPB Nova 3 Helmet, what challenges did you face?
A: Before having the Nova 3 some of the previous challenges faced included poor field of vision, poor air quality, and user discomfort.
Q: What was the turning point? Was there a specific incident that drove you to change? When did you find out about RPB?
A: The decision to get the Nova 3 was due to an increase in business. We went from using beat-up old rental equipment to new RPB equipment. Our equipment came from Norton sandblasting.
Q: What has changed since you began using the RPB Nova 3 Helmet?
A: The main thing that changed was an increase in productivity. When the user is more comfortable and has a better view of what is being blasted you simply get more done, thus driving up profits.
Q: What numbers can you put on your savings?
A: All of the above. Costs have been lowered which leads to higher profitability and the ability to remain very competitive. Employees love the comfort. No one likes to be in a sandblast hood all day, so one that’s more comfortable is a no brainer.
Q: What advice would you give another company experiencing the same challenges you did?
A: Spend the money on a good quality product. You will see the return on the investment in no time. Plus you’re more apt to keep employees around and happy.
